Signs of Diabetes | Symptoms of Diabetes | Warning signs of Diabetes(2020)

Diabetes is a metabolic disease that causes high blood sugar. While your body gives you signals, there are a few symptoms to identify the disease.

Diabetes is one of the most common metabolic diseases that has risen rapidly. While most of us struggle to catch the early signs of Diabetes, in this blog you would know the early signs of diabetes to help you understand better.

Let us know more about the symptoms.
1) Frequent urination
Patients suffering from diabetes feel the constant urge to urinate more often. When you have diabetes excess glucose builds up in your blood and your kidneys start working more in order to filter and absorb glucose. When the kidneys cannot process and work up to the mark, the excess glucose is eliminated through urine.

2) Always Hungry
If your body doesn't make enough or any insulin, the glucose will not enter the cells and provide you enough energy. The lack of energy will make you feel tired and hungry all the time.

3) Dizziness and Weakness
A person with diabetes develops a decrease in food intake which results in low blood sugars. In this condition, a person may experience dizziness and weakness most of the time due to a lack of glucose.

4) Blurry vision
High levels of blood sugar affect the ability to see by causing swelling in the lens of the eye causing blurred vision.

5) Always Thirsty
This is one of the first signs of Diabetes. Because of frequent urination as we mentioned earlier, your body loses water making you feel thirsty all the time.

6) Wounds do not heal for a long time
High glucose levels can cause the blood vessels to stiffen making it hard for the blood to flow, oxygen and nutrients do not reach the cells and making it hard to repair the wound.

These are a few significant symptoms to identify diabetes and take necessary measures. By following a healthy diet and 30 mins of exercising regularly you can keep your blood sugar in check and maintain the blood sugar levels.

Take a look at the video, we have got you covered with the symptoms and PMK Scan Center has come with health packages for you to get tested and take care of your health.

5 reasons why we should stop comparing ourselves to others.

At every point in time of our lives, we compare ourselves with others. This affects both physical and mental health, while one must avoid doing this, Sri Sarvajna Public School has come up with 5 reasons why you must stop doing so.

1)It's meaningless.
We compare our strengths to other's weaknesses and feel PROUD or we compare our worst to someone's best and feel demotivated.
It is truly meaningless to fall into such things. Instead, concentrate on making every moment of your life meaningful and live to the fullest.

2)It's a waste of time
We lose our precious time comparing and lose the focus required to achieve your goals. You lose the time to do important things in your life and sometimes lose opportunities. Make new goals, set up targets, focus on them, and catch up on time wasted.

3)It's like losing a battle
We will spiral down into misery as there is endless competition. You get demotivated by the fact that you are losing out on things you already had or you ever wanted to achieve.

4)Anger becomes your friend
When anger is triggered it leads to negativity and that again leads to a major effect on your health and well-being. Stress follows after and you end up messing everything. Rather, we suggest you do some meditation, yoga, or any exercise that can help you stay calm and manage anger.

5)Deprives you of happiness
As we would be focussed more on others and their lives, we would still live in bubble of feeling unhappy even if things are working out and there is scope of happiness.

These were the 5 reasons why you should stop comparing yourself to others. We hope you stay inspired, contented, motivated, and stay away from negativity.
